Organization: Founded in 2010, the Midland Institute for Entrepreneurship partners with communities throughout the United State to establish and maintain quality CEO programs.  Our vision is to be the standard for entrepreneurship education in the United States.  We do that by providing world class customer service, guidance and content to our CEO communities.

Job Title:  Help Center Specialist

Job Title Summary:

The Midland Institute for Entrepreneurship Help Center team is the first point of contact for service and technical support of our CEO programs. This individual should be customer service oriented and be able to troubleshoot, problem solve technical issues, have effective communication and a positive attitude. This position would be ideal for a CEO alumni, CEO facilitator or active CEO board member.  Experience with CEO and solid technology skills are requirements of this position.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • CEO+ inquiries 
  • Technology problem solving
  • Finding resources on CEO+
  • Assist facilitators and board members inputting information into CEO+
  • Report subjective claims to the programs assigned Developer. 
  • Assist with data reporting
  • Process various reports 
  • Perform other job-related duties or special projects as assigned

You will excel in this role if you...

  • Comprehensive knowledge of G Suite products
  • Be able/willing to learn our systems including but not limited to:
  • Composite, CEO+, Slack, Trello, CRM “Creatio”, Zoom, Calendly
    Superior customer service 
  • Ability to interact and communicate with internal and external professionals
    to listen and decipher customers needs or issues through phone calls and/or emails and provide helpful solutions
  • Ability to evaluate a variety of factors to analyze, investigate, and manage large caseloads 
  • Able to maintain composure and convey a positive attitude while interacting with customers and team 
  • Good attendance and punctual 
  • Strong ability to multitask 
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately 
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) 
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
