Organization:  Founded in 2010, the Midland Institute for Entrepreneurship (MIE) partners with communities throughout the United States to establish and maintain quality CEO programs.  Our vision is to be the standard for entrepreneurship education in the United States.  We do that by providing world class customer service, guidance and content to our CEO communities.

Job Title: Alumni Coordinator

The Alumni Engagement Coordinator is dedicated to the cultivation of relationships with CEO Alumni. This individual will be responsible for the development of strategies to help communities stay connected to their alumni and the distribution of resources and initiatives that support alumni endeavors. Reports to the Executive Director.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Cultivate relationships with CEO Alumni across the country through the implementation of alumni resources and programs that support both national and community level engagement with CEO program alumni.
  • Undertake the creation and oversight of an annual event designed to connect and support CEO alumni.
  • Conceptualize and integrate alumni engagement strategies and tracking methodologies that can be implemented at a chapter CEO level.
  • Raise awareness and distribution of the Alumni Fund.

Qualifications/ You will excel in this role if you...

  • Are a first-class communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Are highly skilled in managing relationships
  • Have intuitive knowledge to operate technology efficiently and creatively put it to use
  • Have experience with customer relationship management tools and/or are familiar with
    lead engagement framework.
  • Are comfortable with travel
  • Are willing to take and share constructive creative feedback and able to adapt and make
    changes based on that feedback.
  • Have past experience that includes roles that were collaborative in work environments
    and team-oriented
  • Comfortable researching and finding solutions when a specific task or project stretches
    outside of your current skill sets
  • Possess a history of sales and/or business development experience
